Kelsy was professional, responsive, reliable, thorough and knowledgeable. She spent 4 hours and went over every nook and cranny of the home we were thinking of purchasing. She took us for a walkthrough afterwards, explaining details about the property -- many details I never would have seen or known would be an issue or problem.
