Kelsy has had a special interest in real estate since her first job as a house painter, when she fell in love with the unique Queen Ann Victorians of downtown Seattle, where she grew up. She bought her first investment property in 2014, a kit cabin in a rural town, and has since dabbled in other investment strategies, including wholesaling, house hacking, flipping, mobiles homes, and notes.
Kelsy began her career as a home inspector in 2019 so she could apply her passion for homes, particularly old ones, to her daily life and help others make informed decisions when it comes to their properties.
